An exhibition and sales event titled “The JAPAN ART+”, which aims to showcase the beauty of Japanese art to the world, will be held at the Art Dash Gallery on the 5th floor of Haneda Airport Terminal 1.
This special event will feature Edo-period ukiyo-e woodblock prints alongside modern and contemporary Nihonga and ceramics. More than just an exhibition, it offers a unique “take-home art experience,” where visitors can purchase the works they admire. Held at Haneda Airport — a hub for travelers from around the world — this is a rare opportunity to rediscover the refined beauty of Japanese art and share it with a global audience.

● Mobile Tea Room Exhibition & Japanese Tea Service
A special display will feature a mobile tea room constructed using kigumi — the traditional Japanese joinery technique handed down by master temple carpenters for over 1,400 years. Visitors to the venue will be warmly welcomed with authentic Japanese tea.

● Special Cultural Events
Throughout the exhibition period, special programs will be held featuring renowned instructors in the traditional Japanese arts of tea ceremony (sado) and flower arrangement (kado). This unique space at Haneda will offer visitors an opportunity to experience the harmony of art and tradition firsthand.
During the event period, a special exhibition featuring contemporary artists will be held.
As the first installment, we will showcase the works of OMORI YUTA, a promising emerging ceramic artist whose talent is highly anticipated for the future.
[OMORI YUTA | Profile]
Born in 1994, originally from Tokyo.
After graduating from Waseda University, he worked for five years at the advertising agency Hakuhodo.
In 2023, he moved to Iga City in Mie Prefecture to pursue a career as a ceramic artist. Currently, he works as an assistant to contemporary artist and ceramicist Masaomi Yasunaga while actively creating his own ceramic works.

We will hold a special preview and media briefing on-site for members of the press on Thursday, July 17, 2025, starting at 1:00 PM. The session will include a guided tour by the event organizers, interviews with exhibiting artists, and opportunities for photography and video recording.
